The practice includes will and trust contests, contested accountings, fiduciary removal proceedings, turnover proceedings, kinship matters, spousal rights disputes, and will and trust construction proceedings.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar or similar, plus:
3+ Years of Trusts & Estates Attorney experience
Strong experience handling trust, estate, probate, and fiduciary matters
Experience with Surrogate’s Court proceedings and/or trusts and estates litigation, including matters such as will contests, trust disputes, contested accountings, fiduciary proceedings, or estate administration
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills
Ability to manage sophisticated matters and work directly with clients
