Trust Specialist

The specialist performs routine system updates to reflect account activity, maintenance requests, and processing milestones, helping to ensure the team's records remain current and accurate. This role is focused on the accurate and timely preparation, processing, and distribution of beneficiary settlement documentation, along with data entry and system maintenance, all within defined service level agreements.

Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced Trust Specialist for a 12+ month contract role in Frisco, TX. This role is fully onsite M-F. 

The Trust Specialist works on a centralized team and provides essential administrative support to the Beneficiary Settlement team and its clients. This role is focused on the accurate and timely preparation, processing, and distribution of beneficiary settlement documentation, along with data entry and system maintenance, all within defined service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

The Trust Specialist is responsible for preparing, printing, and mailing beneficiary settlement document packets to clients and beneficiaries in accordance with established procedures and timelines. This individual performs accurate and timely data entry to support the processing of beneficiary accounts, ensuring all records are properly documented and maintained across relevant systems.

The specialist performs routine system updates to reflect account activity, maintenance requests, and processing milestones, helping to ensure the team's records remain current and accurate. They provide day-to-day administrative support to the Beneficiary Settlement team as needed, assisting with tasks that help the team meet its service commitments and operational goals.

Pay Rate- $27.41-$29.41/ hour
