Our client is looking to hire a Trust & Safety Analyst (III) in San Francisco CA.
Pay Rate Range: $73 to $89/hr on W2
Mandatory Skills: 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Responsibilities: - As an analyst on the Responsible AI team in Trust & Safety, you will design and lead strategy and testing efforts to identify and mitigate AI challenges across a variety of Google products.
- You will be part of a highly-motivated, collaborative team, working with groups across the company to analyze how products impact users and broader society, and leveraging data to provide solutions.
Requirements: - As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you drive impact that changes the way T&S operates. You drive impact at a wider team level, across multiple aspects of abuse- and harm-fighting and mitigation. You deliver actionable data analyses (including insights and recommendations) that drive decisions, with deeper insights derived from evaluating edge cases and gray areas, creating lasting impact on employees via new/significantly revamped programs, processes, tools, systems, and actionable insights. You drive ambiguous projects with high-levels of uncertainty to resolve abuse - and harm-fighting and mitigation problems of high complexity. As you actively build cross-functional partnerships with relevant leaders, globally, influencing strategic direction of complex projects to drive the best outcome, you act as a reliable domain expert in business and data analytics, statistical methods, and business context for one or more client organizations and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities include: - Design and implement various internal and external integrations between business objectives, as well as designing and building strategies that support these business systems.
- Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Manage project work and drive working groups effectively.
- Work with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations to improve business processes by performing effective escalation management, providing "quick fix" solutions, and pushing projects forward, and driving recommendations through to implementation.
- Provide employee feedback analysis, operational monitoring, and error resolution to prevent inaccuracies, reduce process latency, and drive process excellence for well-defined processes.
- Initiate and drive highly complex abuse - and harm-fighting and mitigation projects.
- Drive strategic analysis, defining ways to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution within relevant PA, function, or sub-function.
- Support data-oriented decision-making based on analysis of insight and market trends provided by team members.
