  • Manage and oversee trust accounts, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Support banking and financial services operations to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor account activities to identify and address potential risks or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for trust accounts as required.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding account updates and changes.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients in alignment with company standards.
