    Job Description:

    The Trust and Wealth Management Group of Reid and Riege, P.C. is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide the administrative, operational, and project support required to provide superior customer service to our high-net-worth clients.

    Primary Duties:

    • Respond to client requests for information on a same day basis or similarly appropriate time frame.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the creation, preparation, and processing of: routine and non-routine transactions, such as client bill-paying and gifting programs, account maintenance, client files, insurance matters, and other daily recordkeeping and reporting activities.
    • Monitor cash positions and work with outside investment advisors to ensure cash balances are appropriate to meet liquidity needs.
    • Process client account openings and closings.
    • Oversee asset transfers and assist with tax cost research.
    • Assist clients by telephone, email, and in writing.
    • Gather tax information for the completion of trust 1041s and client 1040s.
    • Prepare materials for client meetings.
    • Provide operational and administrative support to the members of the Fiduciary Services Group.
    • Assist with department projects

    This list is not exhaustive, and duties or tasks may be added or removed as needed to meet the needs of the department.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years previous experience in financial services, preferably in a bank trust environment, however, the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
    • Basic knowledge of wealth management terminology and financial and estate planning concepts.
    • Independent self-starter with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and client service skills.
    • Must be a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly team member with strong attention to detail.
    • Able to perform duties with strict adherence to firm policies and with respect for client privacy.
    • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
