Litigation Attorney – Manchester, NH

Compensation: $120,000+ DOE

A well-established New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, dispute resolution, and courtroom advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through settlement or trial.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents while conducting depositions and negotiations.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and trials while developing effective litigation strategies.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Bar license in good standing.

• 3+ years of experience in civil or commercial litigation.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
