TRUST & ESTATES ASSOCIATE
Location: Concord, NH
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000+ base + associate bonus program
(~$10,000+ for strong performance) + excellent benefits
Experience: 3-5+ years preferred (exceptional 1-2 year candidates may
be considered)

Seeking a Trust & Estates Associate to support a practice serving
individuals and families with estate planning. Strong opportunity for

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents
- Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and
circumstances
- Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters
- Develop increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred (1-2 years
considered if drafting ability and overall fit are particularly
strong)
- Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts,
related documents)
- Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills
