I’m working with a highly respected Am Law 200 law firm seeking an experienced attorney to join its Trust & Estates team in Naples, Florida.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, fiduciary matters, and tax-efficient strategies—all within a nationally recognized law firm.

WHAT YOU’LL HANDLE:

• Sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer
• Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Trust, estate & fiduciary administration
• Tax-efficient strategies for transferring wealth
• Federal and state tax analysis
• Advising clients on complex family and wealth-management matters
• Managing multiple sophisticated matters and client relationships

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3–7+ years of Trust & Estates, Estate Planning, or related law firm experience
• Active Florida Bar admission
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting estate planning documents
• Working knowledge of federal and state tax considerations
• Exceptional organization and project management skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and client-service skills
• Collaborative attitude with a desire to grow within a sophisticated T&E practice
