Overview

A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Planning Attorney to lead and develop its estate planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven attorneywho is interested in building and shaping a department while working with an established client base.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and execute estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Advise clients on asset protection, probate avoidance, and long-term financial planning
  • Develop strategies for wealth preservation, retirement planning, and charitable giving
  • Represent clients in probate and related court proceedings as needed
  • Analyze client needs and create tailored legal solutions
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client files
  • Build and implement systems and processes for a growing estate planning practice
Qualifications
  • Licensed attorney in good standing (state-specific license required)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning
  • Experience with probate and/or probate litigation preferred
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a practice
