Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Trust Administrator to join a sophisticated Trusts & Estates practice. This role will work closely with attorneys, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and tax professionals throughout the trust administration process.
• Experience with trust administration, estate administration, fiduciary services, or trusts and estates
• Experience managing trust assets, beneficiary distributions, accountings, and administrative documentation
• Familiarity with fiduciary tax matters and Forms 56, SS-4, 2848, and 1041 is highly desirable
• Experience coordinating with financial institutions, appraisers, insurance companies, and tax professionals
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Experience with GEMS, FAS, Centerbase, or similar systems is a plus; training is available
$85,000+ starting salary
