Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Truss Builder / Laborer workers for a building materials / truss manufacturing company in Pillager, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality roof trusses while working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment that values safety and quality. What You’ll Do as a Truss Builder / Laborer:- Place lumber accurately on truss tables according to specifications
- Position metal connector plates correctly
- Operate table press equipment to secure plates
- Inspect finished trusses for accuracy and quality
- Prepare materials and workspaces for each job
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Truss Builder / Laborer Role:- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet during the shift
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
