Requirements for the Truss Builder- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast?paced environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to follow all safety procedures
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
Truss Builder Responsibilities- Assemble wood trusses according to production plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and position materials accurately
- Safely operate tools such as hammers, nail guns, saws, and other equipment
- Work as part of a crew to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Rewards for the Truss Builder- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some Saturdays required
