Pay Rate: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Previous construction, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

• Build wooden roof and floor trusses according to production specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble trusses
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Follow quality standards and production requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Handle materials continuously throughout the workday
