What You'll Build

As a Truss Builder - Roof and Floor Trusses - We will train!, you'll help assemble roof and floor trusses for new construction homes-built to spec from our Engineering team so builders can stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble trusses to provided specifications
• Complete assignments from your Supervisor on time to meet the manufacturing schedule
• Make sure plates are set correctly and finished orders are properly banded
• Mark bundles clearly with job name and job number
• Keep equipment and your work area neat and in good working order

Required skills/qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions
• Comfortable communicating with coworkers and supervisors (verbal and written)
• Familiar with hand tools and small power tools (or ready to learn)
• Able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Team-player mindset with a great attitude
