Akkodis is seeking a Truck washer/Jr. Technician for a Contract to Hire with a client in Mount Vernon, WA. The ideal candidate needed to support truck and trailer maintenance, fueling, washing, and shop operations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Rate Range: $25/Hour to $28/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Truck washer/Jr. Technician Responsibilities include:
Fuel, wash, and maintain trucks and trailers to company standards.
Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as assigned by supervisors.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
Assist with parts pickup, inventory support, and other shop-related duties as needed.
Support Class 8 truck testing and repair operations in collaboration with the service team.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
0-2 years of experience in truck washing, vehicle maintenance, or a related automotive environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
