Success as a Truck Shop Technicians is being able to achieve the following expectations: - Truck Shop Technician 1
- Pickup bed removal on all OEM.
- Prep chassis for service bodies / platform bodies installations on all OEM.
- Basic welding (MIG), plasma operations.
- Overhead hoist operations.
- Standard Service Bodies installations
- Hitch / accessories installations.
- Basic electrical installations (hitch wiring, chassis lights).
Truck Shop Technician 2 - Ability to demonstrate proficiency in a Level 1 role
- Service Body / Pickup truck liftgates installations.
- Standard service bodies and platform bodies installations.
- Toolboxes, ladder racks and all types of accessories installations.
- Advanced welding (MIG), plasma operations.
- Basic hoist / dump bodies installations.
- Advanced electrical installations (strobes lights, inverters, GPS).
Truck Shop Technician 3 - Ability to demonstrate proficiency in a Level 2 role
- Platform bodies / Box truck liftgate and rail gate installations.
- Advanced Hydraulics / PTO installations.
- Advanced skills for complex installations
- Diagnosing, servicing and repairing truck equipment across all OEMs.
- Support other technicians in resolutions of issues.
- Basic fabrication and cutting skills.

Education required for this role: - High School Diploma or Equivalent
