Our services include cleanroom and MEP turnkey projects, DI water, chemical and gas supply systems, water treatment systems, facility monitoring and control systems, and related infrastructure solutions.

Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and hands-on Non-CDL Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Assistant to support local material transportation and daily warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for operating a 26-foot box truck or smaller vehicle for local pickups and deliveries, while also assisting with warehouse receiving, material staging, inventory support, loading and unloading, warehouse organization, and other logistics-related activities. The Driver / Warehouse Assistant will help ensure materials are transported safely, delivered accurately, and maintained in organized, accessible warehouse locations.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and previous experience in box-truck driving, delivery, warehouse operations, logistics, shipping and receiving, or material handling. This position requires strong reliability, safe driving practices, attention to detail, physical capability, and the ability to work independently on deliveries while supporting warehouse teams when onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Local Delivery & Transportation

  • Operate a 26-foot box truck or smaller vehicle for local material pickups, deliveries, transfers, and project-support transportation.
  • Safely transport materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and project-related items between warehouse locations, vendors, job sites, customer locations, and designated delivery areas.
  • Plan delivery routes and coordinate pickup and delivery timing with warehouse personnel, project teams, vendors, and customers as assigned.
  • Verify delivery addresses, material quantities, packing lists, delivery instructions, and recipient information before departing for deliveries.
  • Obtain delivery confirmations, signatures, receipts, or other required documentation as applicable.
  • Follow all traffic laws, company vehicle policies, site-access requirements, customer procedures, and safe-driving practices.
  • Communicate delivery delays, traffic issues, vehicle concerns, damaged materials, missing items, or site-access challenges to the appropriate supervisor or warehouse lead.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers, vendors, project teams, and delivery recipients.

Loading, Unloading & Material Handling

  • Load, unload, move, stage, secure, and organize materials safely before and after transportation.
  • Verify that materials are properly secured inside the truck to prevent shifting, damage, loss, or unsafe transportation conditions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments from box trucks, delivery vehicles, trailers, warehouse docks, and project locations.
  • Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, loading ramps, dollies, and other approved warehouse equipment safely.
  • Support safe lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and movement of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Inspect materials for visible damage, missing items, incorrect quantities, or labeling concerns during pickup, delivery, receiving, and staging activities.
  • Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or nonconforming materials promptly and assist with required follow-up.
  • Help ensure materials are delivered to the correct location, work area, customer, or warehouse storage position.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Support

  • Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, organizing, staging, storing, and moving materials.
  • Support inventory control by maintaining accurate material locations, assisting with counts, and updating basic warehouse or delivery documentation.
  • Assist with material receiving by comparing deliveries to packing slips, shipping documents, purchase orders, or inventory records.
  • Pick, pack, label, and stage materials for local deliveries, project needs, warehouse transfers, and operational requests.
  • Help maintain organized warehouse shelves, storage racks, staging areas, loading zones, and material locations.
  • Support cycle counts, inventory checks, material audits, and discrepancy reporting as assigned.
  • Assist with basic warehouse documentation, delivery records, packing lists, receiving logs, inventory updates, and material-tracking activities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics teams, procurement, project teams, and field personnel regarding material availability, delivery needs, and warehouse priorities.

Vehicle Inspection, Safety & Housekeeping

  • Inspect vehicle condition before and after use, including tires, lights, mirrors, doors, cargo areas, fluid levels, safety equipment, and visible maintenance concerns.
  • Complete vehicle inspection forms, mileage logs, fuel records, delivery logs, and other required documentation accurately.
  • Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, damage, unsafe conditions, or operational concerns promptly.
  • Keep vehicles, warehouse areas, loading zones, storage areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, lifting practices, warehouse rules, and site-specific safety expectations.
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment while handling materials, operating warehouse equipment, loading vehicles, and completing deliveries.
  • Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, warehouse briefings, and required training activities.
  • Perform other warehouse, logistics, delivery, material-handling, and project-support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • CDL is not required for the expected vehicle type, as this role is intended for a 26-foot box truck or smaller vehicle with a GVWR at or below 26,000 pounds.

  • Ability to safely operate a box truck, delivery vehicle, van, or similar company vehicle.
  • Ability to load, unload, move, secure, and organize materials safely.
  • Comfortable using pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, loading ramps, dollies, and similar warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials as required by warehouse and delivery operations.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and perform physically active work throughout the workday.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete delivery documentation, warehouse records, inventory updates, and basic reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, delivery procedures, warehouse processes, and safety requirements.
  • Basic English communication skills required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift experience or forklift certification.
  • Familiarity with delivery paperwork, packing lists, receiving documents, inventory records, barcode scanners, or material-tracking systems.
  • Experience with warehouse organization, material staging, shipment preparation, local deliveries, and project logistics support.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese communication skills are a plus, but not required.
