Have your Class A CDL but keep hearing, “Come back when you have experience”? We believe every professional driver deserves a chance to get started. If you recently completed a qualified Class A CDL training program with at least 120 hours in the last 2 years, we have opportunities available to help you gain the over-the-road experience carriers are looking for.
We are seeking motivated entry-level CDL-A drivers who are ready to begin a long-term trucking career. Our program is designed to help new drivers build confidence, earn solid pay, and transition into a regular driving position with home time options that fit their lifestyle.
Drivers accepted into the program will spend their first 30 days on the road with an experienced trainer. During this period, training pay is $850 per week. Trainees must be willing to remain over the road for the entire training period without scheduled home time.
After successfully completing training, drivers receive 2–5 days off before meeting with their terminal manager to discuss available driving opportunities. At that time, you'll be able to select from available routes and schedules based on your preferences and operational needs.
Several regional positions currently offer weekly home time. Some local and dedicated positions may become available as openings occur, though these opportunities are generally awarded to drivers with additional experience. After training you can acquire OTR, Regional and several local positions.
If you're ready to turn your CDL into a rewarding career, this is your opportunity to gain experience, build your skills, and move forward with a company committed to developing new drivers. Apply today and get your career headed in the right direction.
