About the Role:We're looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in Clifton, NJ in a dynamic dual role as a Truck Driver & Rental Desk Agent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on driving work and customer-facing service — all in one exciting position!
Responsibilities:- Safely operate and drive trucks for scheduled routes, deliveries, or equipment transport
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist customers at the rental desk with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Process rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately
- Coordinate vehicle availability and maintain fleet readiness
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and rental facility
Qualifications:
- Experience in driving vans to 26 foot box trucks all local
- Customer service or other related fields
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Computer experience required
- Experience with Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Gmail
- Detail Oriented
- Able to work based on deadlines
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to communicate thoughts clearly both verbally and in writing
- Able to follow directions
- Bilingual English/Spanish a must
- 7:30 am to 8 PM hours available
- Full time to qualified Persons showing good work ethics
- Pay is based on experience
