Class A CDL Truck Driver — Local & Over-the-Road positions available
Our family-owned trucking business is seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver for both local and over-the-road routes. This position involves safely transporting food-grade liquid products in tank trailers and dry bulk products in pneumatic trailers. We’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in their work, cares for their equipment, and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities - Safely operate tractor-trailers on local and over-the-road routes.
- Load, transport, and unload products while maintaining food safety and product integrity.
- Operate tanker and pneumatic equipment.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report equipment concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and required records.
- Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and customer procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and fellow drivers.
Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
- Previous commercial truck driving experience required.
- Ability to safely operate tanker and pneumatic equipment.
- Familiarity with Electronic logs and tablet
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time deliveries.
- Understanding of all relevant truck driving laws and regulations
- Clean driving record
