    Description

    Lowboy Drop Deck Truck Driver will be responsible for complying with safety and DOT regulations, driving a truck, delivering equipment, and maintaining equipment. Complies with and adheres to DOT vehicle regulations, traffic laws and ensures safe loading, unloading, and hauling of equipment and supplies at their destination.

    On occasion, construction projects may require in-state travel and overnight stays.

    Job Requirements:

    At least one year of operating experience hauling oversized loads and construction equipment.

    Class A CDL (manual transmission) with no restrictions

    Clean driving record.

    Knowledge of state and local regulations

    Daily inspections of their truck and trailer and daily required maintenance

    Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

    Experience securing heavy loads with chains and binders

    Additionally, all candidates must have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
