    Truck Driver 
    Full or Part-Time
     
    Are you a people person who loves great food and enjoys staying active at work?  At Dorothy Lane Market, our trucking team is the artery that connects each of our stores, delivering freshly baked breads, pastries, cakes, and other vital grocery products to make our customers’ day.
     
    This is an early-morning premium shift with consistent hours and afternoons free.  A typical shift runs 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM, though times may vary slightly based on the store needs.
     
    We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and safety-minded full-time Truck Driver to join our team.  No CDL is required, but applicants must have a clean driving record and feel comfortable with hands-on physical work.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Safely operate a company box truck to deliver product to multiple store locations.
    • Load and unload product using rolling racks and pallet jacks.
    • Deliver product directly to each department.
    • Communicate clearly with store teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and great customer service to our associates.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to safely operate a box truck.
    • Commitment to following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

    • Effective communication skills with fellow associates and store teams.
    • Must be 18 or older.
    Physical & Schedule Requirements:
    • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Comfortable pushing/pulling heavy rolling racks and moving pallets with manual or electric jacks.
    • Ability to work one weekend day.
    • Ability to work early-morning hours (3:30 AM start).
