Truck Driver FedEx

We are seeking an experienced and professional FedEx Truck Driver to join our team at Tovar Logistics Inc. In this role, you will transport a variety of goods and materials from one location to another. Your route will be pre planned by the GPS, ensure adherence to delivery schedules, and perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues to management.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional FedEx Truck Driver to join our team at Tovar Logistics Inc. In this role, you will transport a variety of goods and materials from one location to another. Your route will be pre planned by the GPS , ensure adherence to delivery schedules, and perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues to management. The ideal candidate has experience driving trucks and makes safety a number one priority.

Responsibilities 

• Pick up packages in one location and transport to another location. 
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance
• Follow GPS to the safest and most efficient routes of travel
• Adhere to delivery schedules
• Maintain detailed driving log, including work periods, rest periods, and fuel expenses
• Comply with all company policies and driving laws 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Truck Driver is preferred
• Valid  driver’s license Normal Class C License required 
• 21 years or older required to drive for FedEx 
• Clean driving record
• Some knowledge of Orange County, we service routes here.
