Have your Class A CDL but haven't been able to land that first driving job because you don't have OTR experience? We can help you get started.
Getting your CDL is only the beginning. Our entry-level driver program gives newly licensed Class A drivers the opportunity to gain valuable over-the-road experience while being paid during their initial training period.
We are looking for dependable, safety-minded CDL-A drivers who recently completed an approved truck driving academy and are ready to build a career behind the wheel.
Your first 30 days will be spent on the road alongside an experienced professional driver. During this initial training period, you will earn $850 per week while learning the skills necessary to become a successful solo driver.
The first 30 days require a commitment to OTR training with no scheduled home time. Think of it as an intensive introduction to professional trucking — you will spend the month focused on learning, gaining experience, and preparing for your next step.
Once you successfully finish your training, you'll receive 2–5 days off to relax and recharge. You'll then meet with your terminal manager to review available opportunities and determine which run and schedule is the best fit for you and your family.
After completing the training program, drivers can earn:
Depending on available openings and your experience level, several different schedules may be available.
Many regional positions provide weekly home time, while certain opportunities may offer daily home time. Local positions are typically reserved for more experienced drivers, so new drivers should expect to begin their career with regional or OTR work.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Don't let a lack of OTR experience keep you from starting your trucking career. If you have the CDL, the right training, and the determination to succeed, this program can give you the opportunity to gain the experience you need.
Apply today and take the next step toward becoming a professional Class A truck driver.
