    Description

    The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a qualified TRIRIGA/MREF Application Consultant to:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation.
    • Utilize their deep understanding of TRIRIGA's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Perform as the primary client interface to client management team and to program stakeholders.
    • Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process.
    • Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
    • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.
    • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.

    *This position is on-site in Washington, D.C.

     

    Required Experience & Skills

    •  At least seven (7) years of experience of TRIRIGA experience.
    • Experience with Confluence, Sharepoint, Kanban, Github, Bitbucket and other industry tools
    • Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management
    • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
    • Experience in working in a team environment for solution delivery.
    • Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence.
    • Organized with the ability to multitask.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Clear communication skills.
    • Ability to operate independently.
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • US Citizenship.
    • Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov’t security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
    • Experience working within Federal and DoD IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) teams that may be matrixed across several programs.
    • Top Secret clearance

    Required Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
