Job Summary
The TRIRIGA IWMS Engineer will configure, customize, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with a primary focus on the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation capabilities. This technical role will support reservation workflows, reporting, SQL-based analysis, system integrations, production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution across the integrated environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with primary responsibility for the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation capabilities.
- Implement and maintain reservation workflows for workspaces, conference rooms, shared resources, availability rules, booking policies, and user notifications.
- Integrate the workplace reservation system with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Active Directory.
- Configure and administer single sign-on, role-based access, security groups, user provisioning, room mailboxes, resource calendars, permissions, and booking policies.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain TRIRIGA reports and operational dashboards for reservation, occupancy, utilization, and system-performance information.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and analysis while maintaining data integrity and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve TRIRIGA, authentication, synchronization, calendar, connectivity, reporting, and reservation issues.
- Support testing, release validation, production deployments, system monitoring, incident resolution, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
Base Salary Range : $96,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
