The restaurant will consist of 200 seats plus a large 40 seat bar, perfect for corporate and social travelers staying in the 180 room hotel upstairs! The restaurant will be a cozy and upscale environment filled with dark woods and oil paintings of the bucolic countryside. The Ralph Lauren inspired equestrian theme is seen throughout the space with classic patterns of plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie accents! A Fearless Line Cook will be a professional who takes pride in their work. All team members must be highly organized with the ability and desire to work fast and clean. |
