    About the Role

    One of the most important aspects to HXP is the Trip Leaders. They can make or break a trip. As a Trip Leader Recruiting Specialist, you will put your heart and soul into this year’s cohort of Trip Leaders. You will do everything possible to recruit all the best possible Trip Leader candidates. Once they are hired you will help prepare them and support them.

    This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building Trip Leaders, has a skill to inspire others, loves to talk and connect to people, and likes to find new ways to do things. 




    Responsibilities

    • Help run recruiting efforts

      • Lead College Ambassadors

      • Social Media efforts

      • Recruiting Events

      • On campus efforts

      • Referral Follow up

    • Help Trip Leaders prepare for their trips

    • Help Trip Leaders come to understand the Toolkit (the game, TL podcast)

    • Help onboard and offboard Trip Leaders before and after their trip

    • Contribute to Trip Leader Team responsibilities: screening, interviews, events




    Qualifications

    • Previous or current Trip Leader

    • Ability to inspire others

    • Ability to connect well to people

    • Ability to manage stress well

    • Extreme attention to detail

    • Ability to work well with a team

    • Ability to find new ways of doing things

    Schedule & Benefits Full Time

    Full-Time Schedule:

    • Hybrid format

    • Onsite M/W/F (8:45 AM – 4:45 PM)

    • Remote T/Th, with Tuesday afternoons (1:00 – 4:45 PM) dedicated to Personal Improvement Time (time to work on your own projects).
