    About the Role

    One of the most important aspects to HXP is the Trip Leaders. They can make or break a trip. As a Trip Leader Events Specialist at HXP, you will help plan and execute events that play a crucial role in supporting, preparing, and inspiring Trip Leaders. 

    This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building Trip Leaders, loves event planning, is creative, and has extreme attention to detail.





    Responsibilities

    • Help plan and execute the following events:

      • Wave Jams

      • Friendsgiving

      • Openers Dinner

      • X-Team Kickoff

      • Sorting Day

      • Married Trip Leaders Trainings

      • Trip Leader Training

      • Diner en Blanc

    • Contribute to Trip Leader Team wide responsibilities:

      • Trip Leader applicant screening

      • Trip Leader interviews

      • Recruiting

      • Trip Leader on/offboarding




    Qualifications

    • Previous or current Trip Leader

    • Experience with event planning

    • Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design Management or similar field is helpful

    • Creative

    • Extreme attention to detail

    • Ability to manage stress well

    • Ability to work well with a team

    • Extremely hard worker

    Schedule & Benefits Full Time

    Full-Time Schedule:

    • Hybrid format

    • Onsite M/W/F (8:45 AM – 4:45 PM)

    • Remote T/Th, with Tuesday afternoons (1:00 – 4:45 PM) dedicated to Personal Improvement Time (time to work on your own projects).
