Role Details

• Status: Full-Time
• Compensation: $25–$35/hr DOE
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Service Area: Lewiston, ID and Pullman, WA

Impact You’ll Make

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials for rough and finish carpentry
• Hang doors, install drywall, and set windows to specification
• Install flooring and tile with clean layouts and durable finishes
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and related components
• Read blueprints/drawings and execute project plans
• Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
• Deliver high-quality results while following safety practices
• Coordinate with other trades and follow site supervisor direction
• Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized

What It Takes

• 2+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial settings
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry techniques
• Ability to interpret construction documents and specs
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work all day
