Trim Install Superintendent

Ability to operate company software; General understanding of the product lines being installed; trouble shooting and repairing product in the field; perform water tests inspecting for leaks; understanding PPE and safety requirements. Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate effectively with builders and installers; understanding product approvals and installation instructions; reading blueprints; effectively present information to others one-on-one.

Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the installation manager in achieving 100% first pass yield results for installation, service and warranty.  They must also comply with all OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities:

Perform site inspections

Scheduling work

Verifying order accuracy

Assisting service techs

Staging materials

Performing service and warranty tasks

Valid license/ Satisfactory MVR Record as defined by 84 Standards

Qualifications:
