- Ability to travel 50% depending on schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trial activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on trial schedules and requirements.
- Prepare and organize trial-related materials and resources as needed.
- Monitor timelines and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Identify and resolve any logistical issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
- Assist with additional trial-related tasks and projects as required.
Profile
A successful Trial Logistics Coordinator should have:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience with going to trial or trial logistics.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all trial-related activities.
- Ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively.
- Familiarity with trial logistics or related processes is a plus.
