As a Tree Service Ground Worker, you'll support our clients tree care operations. You'll work closely with the ground crew to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity in every task you undertake.
What You'll Do
As a Tree Service Ground Worker, you will be responsible for:
Picking up debris and preparing worksite for tree removal or pruning projects
Loading tree branches and debris into trucks and trailers
Assisting with the cleanup process to ensure job sites are safe and tidy
Supporting the crew with basic forklift or skid steer operation (if experienced)
Ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the workday
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to stand and work outdoors for an 8-hour shift
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
Ability to bend, stoop, and twist safely during tasks
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Commitment to safety and teamwork
