TREE REMOVAL CREW LEADER / FOREMAN
Role Purpose
The Crew Leader is responsible for
jobsite leadership, safety enforcement, crew coordination, and customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead daily job briefings, JSAs, and EAPs
- Enforce all safety rules without exception
- Assign tasks and manage workflow
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Inspect vehicles, equipment, and PPE daily
- Ensure quality workmanship and cleanup standards
- Complete daily reports and documentation
Safety Expectations
- Authority to stop work immediately
- Zero tolerance for unsafe acts
- Accountability for crew safety and behavior
Equipment & Authority
- Equipment and vehicle inspection authority
- Authorization to remove unsafe equipment from service
- Issued company phone/tablet (if applicable)
