We're looking for an experienced
Tree Climber to join our crew. If you love working outdoors, know your way around a harness and a chainsaw, and take pride in safe, skilled work — we want to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role for someone with climbing experience who's ready to lead by example, support the ground crew, and help us get jobs done right.
Job Duties
- Climb and prune trees using ropes, harnesses, and climbing systems
- Safely remove limbs and trees using rigging techniques
- Use chainsaws and hand tools in the tree and on the ground
- Support or direct ground crew during removals and clean-up
- Set up and maintain a safe worksite, including ropes and gear
- Operate equipment such as chippers or aerial lifts (if qualified)
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Proven climbing experience in residential or commercial tree work
- Strong understanding of safe rigging, roping, and chainsaw operation
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Reliable, on time, and a team player with strong communication
- Must be 18 or older
Preferred (but not required):
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Familiarity with ANSI pruning and safety standards
- First Aid/CPR certification
- ISA Certification or willingness to pursue
