Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Coordinator:
At least 1 year of experience in a dental office required
1+ years experience in Dentrix preferred
High school or equivalent education preferred
Answer incoming phone calls and greet guests in a welcoming manner
Schedule appointments
Collect payments and process insurance
Present treatment options to patients
Punctual, organized, multi-tasker who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Schedule (Rotating Schedule):
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Monday - Thursday
Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00AM-8:00PM
Saturday 8:00AM - 2:00PM
