Treatment Coordinator – Redwood Dental of Troy
We’re looking for a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Troy! We’re seeking a well-rounded, highly capable candidate who can confidently manage treatment coordination, support patients throughout their care, and help keep the front office running smoothly.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Full-time schedule totaling 40 hours per week
- Two Saturdays per month: Saturday coverage is required
- Friday: When working a Saturday, you will have Friday off that week
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional patient experience
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients
- Discuss treatment costs, financing, and payment options
- Help patients understand their recommended treatment and next steps
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work closely with the clinical team and office leadership
- Support the overall success and efficiency of the front office

- Experienced in dental treatment coordination or a similar dental front-office role
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
