Treatment Coordinator – $18–$24/hr | Alternating Saturdays | Benefits | San Antonio, TX

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 6 PM, plus alternating Saturdays, 8:45 AM – 3 PM

Your day-to-day

• Walk patients through their treatment plans, follow-up care, and costs
• Make financial and insurance conversations feel calm and clear
• Set up payment options that work for each patient
• Partner with doctors and the clinical team to keep care moving
• Keep the schedule full and running smoothly
• Stay on top of referrals, claims, RCM tracking, and treatment notes
• Handle daily tasks like route slips, checklists, and emails
• Work with outside agencies when needed to support patient care
