Location: Toombs Orthodontics-Prairie Village and Lenexa, KS

What you’ll do

• Be the first impression and friendly face that welcomes our new patients
• Work side by side with our doctors to guide patients through the orthodontic journey
• Present treatment plans with confidence; your job is to help patients say YES!
• Overcome objections with positivity, empathy, and a little charm
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
• Follow up with pending patients; no smile left behind!
• Keep everything organized and running smoothly with top-notch communication and
  follow through

What We’re Looking For

• A people magnet with a contagious smile and great energy
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
• Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the
  right superstar!)
• Prior hands-on treatment coordinating and/or financial experience is a plus (but not required)
