We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practices.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 12:00-6:00pm: Desert Ridge
  • Tuesday: 12:00-6:00pm: Desert Ridge
  • Wednesday: 8:00am - 5pm (Elevation Office)
  • Thursday: 8:00am - 5pm (Elevation Office)
  • Friday: 7:00-2:00pm: Desert Ridge

 

Compensation: $25-28hr, based on experience

 

Responsibilities:

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

  • Develop productive schedules.

  • Manage patient documents and records.

  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • 2+ years experience working as a Dental Office professional
  • Experience with Insurnace/billing in a Dental office
  • Experience with Treatment planning and coordination 
  • Experience with Dental Softwares
  • High school diploma or GED.
