    Schedule for the Treatment Coordinator:

    • Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

    • Saturday: 8AM - 1PM

    *Team is to be at the office 30 minutes prior to start time.

    Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Coordinator:

    • At least 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience preferred

    • Greet patients warmly, discuss treatment plans, and answer questions to ensure understanding.

    • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, optimizing patient flow and efficiency.

    • Present and explain financing options, handle billing, activate contracts, and manage payments.

    • Coordinate with the insurance team for verification, claims, and notify patients of benefits.

    • Follow up on missed appointments, delinquent fees, and insurance verification issues.

    • Assist in treatment planning, documentation, and drafting referral letters and consents.

    • Educate patients on oral surgery care, oral hygiene, and post-treatment instructions.

    • Conduct new patient welcome calls and confirm new patient appointments.

    • Use practice management software to maintain accurate records and treatment updates.

    • Collaborate with team members, participate in meetings, and support a positive work environment.

    • Must be detail oriented, organized, and personable with patients.
