    Treatment Coordinator | Full-Time | Premier Family Dentistry | Libertyville, IL

    Join Our Growing Team!

    Premier Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Libertyville, IL. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and serves as a key connection between the clinical team and our patients.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare or dental office experience who is looking to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented practice. For candidates without dental assisting experience, we are willing to provide cross-training opportunities.

    Schedule

    • Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM (2x per month)
    • Saturday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM (2x per month)

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the practice
    • Coordinate and manage patient scheduling
    • Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team
    • Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
    • Follow up on outstanding insurance claims
    • Assist patients with questions regarding treatment and financial arrangements
    • Perform front desk and administrative duties as needed
    • Help create a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar healthcare or dental office role preferred, but not required
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Outgoing and professional personality
    • Organized with strong attention to detail
    • General computer proficiency
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Team-player attitude with a willingness to learn
