We are seeking someone who is confident discussing treatment and financial options with patients, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience from start to finish. Eaglesoft experience is required for this position. ResponsibilitiesPresent and explain treatment plans, fees, insurance benefits, and financial options to patients Help patients understand recommended treatment and confidently move forward with scheduling Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled and outstanding treatment Coordinate appointments to help maintain a productive doctor schedule Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage Discuss payment options and collect patient portions Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation in Eaglesoft Work closely with doctors, clinical team members, and the front office to ensure a seamless patient experience Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
What We're Looking ForPrevious Eaglesoft experience required Dental office experience strongly preferred Previous treatment coordination or dental front office experience preferred Strong communication and patient relationship skills Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy dental environment Positive, team-oriented attitude
