Perfect Smiles Beverly is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you have a strong background in treatment planning, insurance verification, and patient financing and enjoy helping patients navigate their dental care, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Schedule
Monday through Saturday
- One day off during the week
- Day off varies based on office needs
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients
- Coordinate and schedule recommended treatment
- Verify dental insurance benefits and review coverage with patients
- Discuss financial arrangements and financing options
- Assist patients with treatment acceptance and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of dental front office experience
- Extensive experience with insurance verification
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience required
- Experience discussing and arranging patient financing
- Strong understanding of:
- General Dentistry
- Orthodontics
- Oral Surgery
- Periodontics
- Endodontics
- Dental assisting experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and patient-focused
- Ability to multitask in a busy practice environment
