Treatment Aide

SUMMARY

The Treatment Aide is one key employee in our Residential Care Facility Community. This position has an important responsibility with residents. Treatment Aide in this position must provide the facility with a continuous stream of information on resident status needs and issues. Treatment Aide must be alert to changes in resident needs and skin/treatment needs, and inform the necessary parties of the changes as needed. They must be able to clearly and concisely transpose/interpret physicians orders, this information is to ensure proper action is taken so the resident receives accurate treatment applications. The Treatment Adie serves as a mentor person during the shift and provides direction and assistance to the facility care team, along side of the Med Aide when the Administrator is not present.
