    POSITION PURPOSE

    The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service and ongoing support to Treasury Management customers across the Prosperity Bank footprint. This role serves as a primary point of contact for commercial clients, assisting with Treasury products and services, resolving customer inquiries, providing system support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Treasury Management products, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal business partners

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

    Assumes responsibility for effective and timely support of Treasury Management customers.

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for Treasury Management customers regarding products, services, and operational support.
    • Respond to customer inquiries received via telephone, email, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
    • Assist customers with Treasury Management systems, products, and services, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
    • Research, investigate, and resolve customer service requests and account-related issues.
    • Escalate and follow through on customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
    • Monitor service requests and maintain appropriate follow-up with customers and internal departments.
    • Demonstrate ownership of the customer experience and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and systems.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
    • Maintain standards of professionalism, customer service, teamwork, attendance, and punctuality.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with external and internal customers.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with Treasury Management customers.
    • Obtain and convey information accurately and efficiently.
    • Compose correspondence and customer communications as needed.
    • Resolve customer questions and requests promptly and courteously.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
    • Support customer retention efforts through responsive and proactive service.

    Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination with Bank Associates, Management, and Vendors.

    • Work closely with Treasury Management Sales, Operations, Deposit Operations, Information Technology, and other departments to support customer needs.
    • Assist internal associates with Treasury Management service questions and support requests.
    • Communicate customer concerns, trends, and service issues to management.
    • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and department initiatives as required.
    • Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
    • Support department projects and process improvement initiatives.

    Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

    • Stay informed of changes to Treasury Management products, services, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment.
    • Complete special projects and assignments as directed.

    • Customer issues are researched, resolved, and communicated in a timely manner.

    • Management is kept informed of significant customer issues, trends, and operational concerns.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Certification:

    High School graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    1-3 years of banking, customer service, or office experience

    Experience supporting commercial banking or Treasury Management customers preferred.

    Experience handling customer inquiries, problem resolution, and service requests preferred.

    2-3 years of related experience and/or training.

    Work related experience must consist of Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and proficiency at keyboarding.

    KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

    Banking knowledge required.

    Treasury Management product knowledge preferred.

    Customer service and relationship management principles.

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

    REASONING ABILITY:

    MATHEMATICS ABILITY:

    Ability to compute discount, interest, profit, and loss; commission markup and selling price; and ratio, proportion, and percentage.

    Able to perform very simple algebra.

    LANGUAGE ABILITY:

    Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias.

    Ability to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style.

    Ability to conduct training, communicates at panel discussions, and make professional presentations.

    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

    40 hours per week
