Tru Treasury is seeking a full-time Treasury Management Support Specialist!The Treasury Management Support Specialist will be responsible for the successful onboarding and on-going servicing of Treasury Management products for CU Member Business (CUMB) clients. This position will interact with Treasury Management sales staff, product management, member service, deposit operations, and strategic vendor partner operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Treasury Management product suite, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOnboarding: Manage and execute all tasks associated with the onboarding of Treasury Management products and services including:Provide and review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper executionImplement applicable treasury products as stated in relevant client procedureCommunicate directly with clients regarding all aspects of the onboarding process including progress updates, deliverables, testing requirements and resultsEnsure that product onboarding timelines and SLAs are met.Provide all end user trainingServicing: Take calls referred by initial contact center regarding TM product and service issuesResolve client issues through problem identification and resolution skills including coordination with other production and support areas as needed for timely and effective resolution. Follow identified escalation protocols Work closely with Treasury Management Sales, Vendor partners, and CU operations staff as needed Document and track client issues for management reporting and to identify product and process improvements or clients at risk due to frequent problemsProvide customer training and support as needed on the use of TM ProductsOther Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain an advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and services from both a user functionality and back office production perspective. Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems and productsEnsure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with policies and Federal regulationsAdhere to internal and external policies and procedures of the credit union and Tru TreasuryCross-train in other areas of Treasury Management Services and Operations as needed such as:Occasional Sales: Assist credit union member services in the non-complex sale of treasury solutions. This includes:Train member services on ways to identify treasury sales opportunitiesSell treasury products and services directly to the credit union business membersIdentify cross-sell opportunitiesCreate proformas to show treasury product pricing to business membersMentor new Onboarding Specialists, including training of new associates as neededComplete special projects and other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or (GED) required.
