We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused Treasury Management Sales Officer to educate and advise commercial customers on a full suite of Treasury Management products and services. This role helps businesses streamline daily operations, improve cash flow, and reduce fraud risk.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Treasury Management sales growth through targeted outreach, internal partner leads, and proactive external business development.
Generate new commercial deposits annually and support Treasury income goals.
Serve as a key resource for internal sales channels, including Banking Centers, Private Banking, and Commercial Lending.
Expand Treasury Management presence across the San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne markets.
Advise clients on ACH, Same-Day ACH, domestic/international wires, RDC, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Treasury platforms, and reporting tools.
Conduct personalized training sessions for internal teams to enhance TM product knowledge and improve customer engagement.
Deliver customized product demos for internal partners, existing clients, and prospective customers.
Ensure accurate documentation and smooth onboarding by coordinating with Implementation Specialists and Service teams.
Minimum Qualifications
5–7 years of Treasury Management experience or related roles.
7 years of general bank operations experience, including electronic banking, payments, and core systems.
5+ years of customer-facing experience (in-person and phone-based) in a professional setting.
Strong diplomacy, professionalism, and the ability to effectively engage senior bank officers and business clients.
