TITLE: Treasury Clerk

REPORTS TO:Accounting Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Corporate online banking experience with domestic & foreign accounts a plus.
• Meet department accuracy requirements and handle new projects as assigned
• Detailed oriented with a strong work ethic
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a positive attitude and proactive approach to assignments
• Must maintain an outstanding level of attendance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Positive Pay Exceptions & reports
• Deposits in client bank account & posting to client ledgers
• Release & mail client checks
• Ensure accuracy of proper check signatures & create advices for production to send to clients
• Shipping of client checks to include logging printed checks out of computer room, running tapes for accuracy & posting to client books
• Process monthly bank reconciliations, outstanding check reports & audit each client account
• Stop pay checks, void checks, returned checks & cleared check research
• Track uncashed checks for escheatment reports to production
• Initiate and/or approve outgoing wires & ACH payments
• Provide exceptional customer service to production for the benefit of our clients
