Treasury Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to perform under direct supervision, responsible for financial planning and analysis to forecast budgets and financial status.
LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080
POSITION: Contract to Hire
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM
PAYRATE: 30.00hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to perform under direct supervision, responsible for financial planning and analysis to forecast budgets and financial status.
LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080
POSITION: Contract to Hire
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM
PAYRATE: 30.00hr
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation of prior-day bank activity.
- Prepare daily cash position and borrowing recommendations to support funding decisions.
- Meet critical daily deadlines, including commercial paper funding activities by 9:30 AM and other funding by 11:00 AM.
- Maintain daily cash worksheets and ensure internal cash workbooks are reconciled to bank balances.
- Process wire transfers and payment requests, including review of supporting documentation and verification of payment instructions.
- Monitor and manage the Treasury inbox, responding to requests and tracking items through completion.
- Reconcile and manage Canadian / International cash balances and related banking activity.
- Prepare and distribute daily cash reports and cash forecasts to Treasury leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audit requests, including SOX control testing.
Education & Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
